Choosing and booking
Creating the ideal setting for your event means a great deal to us. So we’ll guide you through the process step-by-step until every detail is covered – leaving you free to enjoy planning your event.Call us to discuss your ideas and we'll provide an estimate.
We’ll then arrange for one of our event
planners to visit you (with no obligation), to
discuss the event in more detail. This can take
anything from five minutes to three hours – it
really is up to you. During the visit we’ll view
the site and take measurements and
photographs and of course, we’ll help you
with the creative part – deciding the type of
marquee, size, layout, and how you would
like it to look. We can assist with all sorts of
other requirements too – from functional to
decorative, toilet blocks to mirrorballs. You
name it, we’ll find it!
We’ll then create a
three-dimensional colour plan of the exterior and interior of the marquee, which we’ll send to you with your personalised quotation.
If you're happy with the quote, you can confirm the booking with a 25% deposit. We know that things can change in the lead-up to an event, so you don't need to worry about changing your mind either. We'll always do our best to make any adjustments, up to three weeks before the event.
Two weeks before your event we'll call you to discuss and finalise the booking and arrange a day for erecting and removing the marquee.
