With lots to offer including a wonderful lawn with strutting peacocks and majestic trees and has many unusual photo opportunities, this venue is great for your DIY wedding. The gardens provide space for a large marquee to house the wedding reception and party for up to 250 guests. From all areas of the garden, there are magnificent views of the medieval Deer Park. If you are planning on having the marriage service in the Church, it has space for 120 wedding guests. Ewenny Priory was a cell of the Benedictine abbey of St Peter, Gloucester, founded within the lordship of Ogmore in the early 12th century. It is exceptional for its remarkably intact Romanesque Priory Church and its fortified precinct wall. Surrounded by its own parkland, it makes for a wonderfully peaceful and intimate venue.

Glangrwyney Court

Glangrwyney Court Country House Guest House has the most beautiful Georgian Country house with warm and welcoming owners. They also have a wonderful croquet lawn ideal for our marquees and features a picturesque view over Black Mountain. This venue comprises 9 rooms for any overnight guests.

Situated in the beautiful Usk Valley between the Brecon Beacons and Crickhowell, on the original site of the mansion house and landscaped gardens. The Glanusk site includes Glanusk Lodge, original walled garden, the Glasshouse, Garden Cottage and garden as well as 14 acres of private landscaped lawns, ponds and stream with stunning and majestic views of the Black Mountains and Sugarloaf Mountain in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park. Usk Castle

Usk Castle is a unique and beautiful place, steeped in history, which makes it a romantic and special location for a wedding, civil ceremony or alternative service. We host weddings and receptions from April to September each year. All proceeds from weddings go toward the maintenance of Usk Castle for future generations to enjoy, so in booking your wedding at Usk Castle, you are helping preserve an ancient monument. You can either affirm your vows in one of our five licenced areas, or hire the castle ward which makes a beautiful location for a wedding reception of your choice. There are five licenced locations for marriage: The Drum Tower Gazebo, The North Tower, The Gatehouse, The Tithe Barn, The Porch. Usk Castle can now offer open air ceremonies and we are also fully licensed for same-sex marriages. Maximum of up to 160 guests.
