We’ve been working with couples to bring their dreams to life for over 35 years! At our Viewing Weekend we share all this knowledge with you, offering inspiration and insider tips to help you create your perfect day.

What you can expect?
At our Showcase, you can expect to find: Fully-styled marquees for an idea of what’s possible, furniture that you can test to see what you and your guests will love, and all kinds of lighting to explore to bring your marquee to life. As well as our expert event managers who are available to answer your questions and tailor ideas.
We are also joined by our favourite florists, photographers & caterers; offering delicious tasters and a glass of fizz, a coffee or a cocktail! With all this going on, you’ll find everything you need for your memorable day in one place.

When and where is our Viewing Weekend?
Our next Viewing Weekend will be held at The Woodlands, Sedbury Park, Chepstow, Monmouthshire, NP16 7EY from 10am-4pm on the 17th and 18th of October 2025. Clear signage will guide you from the main road, and What3Words can to make finding us simple.
Do I need to book or can I just turn up?
Booking is recommended but you’re also welcome to drop in on the day. Register your interests here.
What will I see when I get there?
You’ll step inside fully dressed marquees with furniture, lighting, and décor in place — giving you a true sense of how they can look for your wedding. You’ll also meet trusted suppliers such as florists, caterers, and photographers for extra inspiration and expert advice.
Is there a cost to attend?
No, the Viewing Weekend is completely free. It’s simply an opportunity to explore our marquees, get the best advice from us and our suppliers and gather ideas for your special day.
Who will be there to speak to?
Our experienced event managers will be on hand to answer your questions and discuss your plans. Alongside them, a selection of wedding suppliers will be available to showcase their work and share advice.
Can I bring my family or friends?
Yes, we encourage you to bring along anyone who’s helping with your wedding planning. It’s a relaxed and friendly event, so having others there can make it easier to explore ideas together.
Will I get a chance to ask questions about my own event?
Definitely. Our team will take time to talk through your specific wedding plans — from layout and styling to logistics — so you leave with clear answers and inspiration tailored to you.
What if I can’t make this date – are there others?
Our Marquees viewing weekend is our main showcase and runs all weekend long, so we recommend attending for the an experience unlike any other, however if you’re unable to make it we do have other amazing viewing events at different times of the year. Discover our other events here.
Is parking available?
Yes, there is free parking on site. Signs will guide you directly to the entrance, and https://what3words.com/ship.pulses.daffodils directions are available to make navigation easy.
Will there be refreshments?
Yes — enjoy a free welcome drink of fizz on arrival and tasters from selected caterers while you explore the marquees. It’s a chance to experience a little of the atmosphere your guests might enjoy on the day.
Is it suitable for children?
Yes, children are welcome. The Viewing Weekend is relaxed and family-friendly, making it easy to bring them along while you explore.
